Responsibilities
Record-keeping: Maintain and organize financial records, manage the general ledger, and ensure the accuracy of all bookkeeping.
Financial reporting: Prepare and manage various financial documents, such as income statements, balance sheets, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
Tax and compliance: Assist with tax returns, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and support external and internal audits.
Financial analysis and forecasting: Analyze financial data, identify trends, create forecasts, and prepare budgets.
Accounts and payroll management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, and process payroll, including handling timesheets and deductions.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank activity and accounts to ensure accuracy.
Strategic and advisory roles
Process improvement: Assess financial operations, identify risks, and recommend strategies to reduce costs, enhance revenues, or improve profits.
Client and management communication: Explain financial findings and provide insights to clients or management through reports and meetings.
Auditing and assurance: Conduct internal or external audits, review financial operations for efficiency, and ensure internal controls are in place.
Technology utilization: Leverage tools like artificial intelligence and automation to increase productivity and focus on higher-level analysis.

Graduated as BS in Accountancy
6 Months Accounting staff / Billing assistant
Willing to start immediately
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Day shift
Willing to assign to San Juan
