Job Overview
The Title Clerk will ensure up-to-date knowledge of title and salvage laws across multiple states and serve as the cashier for vehicle and title pickups. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving title transfer issues, performing clerical duties, and maintaining organized records.
Responsibilities
Stay current with title/salvage laws in multiple states.
Act as cashier for customers picking up vehicle titles.
Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
Resolve problems encountered in the effort to transfer title ownership.
Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties.
Process incoming mail and file records alphabetically.
Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Customer support background.
Title experience.
Experience in a customer service role (Houston, Texas).
Experience Level Entry Level
Employment Type & Location Contract to Hire – Houston, TX 77038.
Pay $17 hr (Pay range: $15.50 – $15.50 /hr).
Shift Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
