Job Responsibilities
Rapidly develop structural building information models (BIMs), annotate plans and details, create 3D renderings, rationalize geometry for structural schemes, and assist with structural narratives.
Collaborate with the BNI project manager and work under the direction of the BIM / Revit Director.

Qualifications
Two years’ experience with Revit Structure.
Experience creating structural drawings preferred.
Ability to work under the direction of engineers and Revit Manager.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, proactive, and team‑oriented.
40 hours per week min. plus flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
