Responsibilities & What do we do: Simply put, we focus on helping investors buy and sell income‑producing buildings. Our clients own $1–30 million properties and are "Main Street" investors – the largest segment of investment property ownership. We divide each major city into smaller sub‑markets and assign an adviser to each area so they can build local expertise and deliver transaction services when investors need help with profitable opportunities or solving problems.

You’ll be expected to reach high standards quickly and partner with mentors whose historical performance is in the top 10 % nationally.
