Overview Candidates hired for work-from-home positions will receive company‑issued equipment. Additional details regarding equipment policies and procedures will be provided during the interview and onboarding process. Training & Compensation Work location: Remote / Work from home.
Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
Paid Training Start Date: Monday, February 9, 2026.

Hours of Operation (following training): Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 8 pm EST.
After successful completion of training and nesting, agents are eligible for a $150 incentive. After 30 days of production, agents are eligible for an additional $150 incentive. Agent must be actively employed at time of payout.

Responsibilities In This Role, You Will:
Answer inbound calls regarding:
Billing inquiries
Disconnect/Reconnect
Payment Arrangements
Budget Billings
Make payments
фото Process trouble and outage orders Move In/Out Service
Assist with My Account (Online Accounts)
Qualifications
Must have prior call center experience
Great attendance
Computer navigation skills
Must be able to type minimally 35–40 WPM
Great communication skills
Open to working overtime; in the event a major storm impacts our Service Territory, you will be required to work long hours, including overnight and weekends
Adhere to a 20‑minute daily break and 1‑hour lunch
Multitask skills
Remote Position Requirements Minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
Hard‑wired connection required (no Wi‑Fi or Wi‑Fi hotspots)
Speed test results: ം 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload
Camera requirements:
Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
