Nursing Scheduler Coordinator Opportunity at Forest Creek Village

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring staffing levels are met at all times.
Skills Needed

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and team members.
Organization:
Create staffing schedules that ensure the provision of quality nursing care.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs, ensuring compliance with budgetary, state, and federal guidelines.
Teamwork:
Work toward the common goal of excellent care for residents.
Interpersonal Communication:
Collaborate with team members to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
Requirements
Successful completion of a state‑approved training program in medication administration.
Indiana QMA license.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
