Job Overview Prepare, execute, monitor, approve, and administer leases and Housing Assistance Payments Contracts for participants in various rental assistance programs. Define the participant’s rent portion and perform the annual recertification of the participants. Duties will be performed within the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) regulations and policies.
This role will manage a minimum of 500 cases, requiring a highly organized individual with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult situations with empathy.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
Must possess an associate’s degree and one year of employment in the housing field or related experience.
Knowledge of HUD guidelines, LIHTC, and Fair Housing Standards preferred.
Experience handling high volumes of case loads.
Must possess organizational skills, effective communication, detail‑oriented, customer service.
Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
