We’re seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead the expansion of hyperscale data center facilities. In this role, you will own the direction, execution, and financial outcomes of multiple large-scale projects, with a focus on mission‑critical MEP systems. You will act as the owner’s representative, managing contractors, designers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle construction of hyperscale data centers from design through completion
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk for projects $100M+
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and design teams on site
Ensure mission‑critical MEP systems (power distribution, cooling, redundancy) meet specifications
Maintain strict quality, safety, and compliance standards
Travel to project sites up to 70%
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of construction project management experience
3+ years managing data center or mission‑critical infrastructure projects with MEP focus
Deep understanding of data center systems, including power distribution and redundancy protocols
Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
PMP and/or LEED AP certification
Experience with electrical/low‑voltage coordination, commissioning, or QA
