Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills (Outbound calling experience is a huge plus).

Ability to work in‑person at our Eagle, ID office.

Availability for a full‑time schedule (May include some weekends or evenings).

Responsibilities

The Connector:

You will make high‑volume outbound calls to warm leads who have already registered on our websites. (No cold calling phone books!)

The Detective:

You will ask the right questions to uncover their needs, timeline, and budget.

The Matchmaker:

Your "win" is identifying buyer prospects' specific needs and matching them with one of our top-tier agent subscribers.

The Organizer:

You will manage a pipeline of prospects in our CRM, nurture relationships via text/phone, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Qualifications

You are Resilient:

You don’t take "no" personally. You can hear a rejection, shake it off, and bring 100% energy to the very next dial.

You are Adaptive:

You can chat with a nervous first‑time homebuyer one minute and a seasoned investor the next.

You are Tech‑Capable:

You can navigate a CRM, type detailed notes while talking, and manage a calendar efficiently.

Compensation $20 – $30 hourly.
