The Detective:
You will ask the right questions to uncover their needs, timeline, and budget.
The Matchmaker:
Your "win" is identifying buyer prospects' specific needs and matching them with one of our top-tier agent subscribers.
The Organizer:
You will manage a pipeline of prospects in our CRM, nurture relationships via text/phone, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Qualifications

You don’t take "no" personally. You can hear a rejection, shake it off, and bring 100% energy to the very next dial.
You are Adaptive:
You can chat with a nervous first‑time homebuyer one minute and a seasoned investor the next.
