Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Seaside, CA. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting customer outreach, managing sales processes, supporting customer service efforts, designing and delivering training sessions, and overseeing sales operations. Regular collaboration with team members and stakeholders is expected to meet sales targets and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Experience in sales and sales management, with the ability to develop strategies to meet business objectives
Capability in training or coaching, particularly in guiding teams or educating others
Proficient organizational and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology
Ability to work collaboratively on‑site and adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Prior experience in sales or marketing roles is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
