Stryker
Brand Marketing Lead is responsible for executing brand strategies and identifying new opportunities for assigned products, product lines, or company‑wide campaigns. The role focuses on brand-level development, including market analysis, product acquisitions, and brand management.
Responsibilities

Responsible for a specific country or region.
Support Brand/Education/Marketing managers in developing sales and marketing segments.
Develop, drive, and own central and local tactics, actions, and campaigns to generate business results.
Perform sales and marketing analysis; lead trade show activities, literature development, online educational platforms, courses, presentations, or publicity.
Gather internal and external market insights, learning trends, etc., for continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.
Develop and execute education plans, sales trainings, roadmaps, and new product launches.
Develop sales tools, customer engagement programs and events; drive marketing campaign execution at the central level.
Allocate and manage budget in alignment with strategic priorities.
Provide direct sales support in the field.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
4+ years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
MBA.
2+ years of medical device or marketing experience.
