Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary.
Resolve customer concerns.
Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.
Provide customer follow-up as required.
Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results.
