Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond
Animator – Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Position Overview: As an Animator at Kingdom Culture Agency, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling animations that align with client vision and brand identity. You will collaborate with the creative and production teams to produce animations for marketing campaigns, social media, explainer videos, brand assets, and event visuals. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and consistency in delivering high-quality work.
Animation Goals:
Complete at least
5 animations
(short form, social, or branded content).
Deliver animations that meet the
minimum standards of storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal .
Submit work within
established deadlines .
Follow creative direction provided by project leads.
Skills:
Learn and apply
fundamentals of motion graphics
(timing, transitions, typography).
Understand
brand identity
and apply it consistently in animations.
Gain proficiency with animation software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, etc.).
Animation Goals:
Complete at least
10 animations
across various projects.
Ensure all animations are
polished and client-ready , including smooth transitions, consistent typography, and brand alignment.
Provide
creative input
on animation flow, style, and visual storytelling.
Deliver animations within
agreed-upon timelines .
Skills:
Implement
intermediate animation techniques
(character animation, advanced transitions, kinetic typography, simple 3D effects).
Collaborate effectively with editors, designers, and strategists.
Consistently meet or exceed expectations for animation quality and client satisfaction.
Animation Goals:
Complete at least
20 high-quality animations .
Execute
complex animation projects
(3D elements, multi-layered sequences, explainer videos, branded series).
Contribute to
overall creative direction
with innovative ideas and storytelling techniques.
Take
ownership of animation projects
from storyboard to final delivery.
Skills:
Master
advanced animation techniques
(rigging, particle effects, cinematic transitions, brand storytelling).
Proactively suggest improvements to animation workflows and creative strategies.
Set the standard for animation excellence within the team.
Payment Terms:
Compensation will be provided at the end of the internship/project, after the completion of the agreed-upon number of animations per tier.
Animators must submit work for approval at each milestone. Payment will be released upon successful completion and approval.

Feedback & Reviews:
After each milestone, constructive feedback will be provided.
Team Collaboration:
Expected to participate in brainstorming, creative sessions, and cross-team projects.
Innovation:
