Senior Sales Representative
to drive growth in Arizona. This role will focus on both our flagship product, TimeMe (a workforce management solution), and our IT consulting and development services.
Role Overview As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the U.S. by leveraging your proven track record and established client base in Arizona. This position requires strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to close high‑value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for
TimeMe
and our IT services portfolio, and to grow our U.S. presence, starting with Arizona.
Utilize existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and pursue prospects in target industries.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Proven track record
of exceeding sales targets in IT services or related industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
