Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily retail sales operations across branches or outlets.
Support the sales team with product availability, promotions, and customer service initiatives.
Monitor and track sales performance, inventory levels, and store activities.
Communicate effectively with store teams to implement sales campaigns and targets.
Help schedule and organize retail promotions, in-store events, and displays.
Coordinate between the sales, marketing, logistics, and inventory teams.
Ensure that all retail staff follow store policies, SOPs, and branding guidelines.
Respond to customer and store inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory movement, and sales data.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience in a retail sales environment is required.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a leadership or store management role is an advantage.
Basic computer skills for sales tracking and inventory systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
