Account Manager - AccuWeather for Business

As an Account Manager at AccuWeather for the Business division, you will be responsible for driving customer renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, conducting business reviews, and fostering long-term relationships with our partners. You'll work as part of a dynamic, customer-focused team, helping clients maximize the value they receive from AccuWeather's products and services while contributing to business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Renewals: Regularly engage with customers to ensure the successful renewal of contracts. Focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction while ensuring strong profitability for Accu Wisconsin.
Upsell & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within your book of business. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and drive growth by upselling relevant products and services.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, strategic touchpoints, and business reviews. Ensure customers are maximizing the value of AccuWeather's offerings and are up to date on new features or solutions.
Business Development: Contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying business opportunities through outreach to prospective customers.
Other duties as assigned as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent in education and experience.
Previous experience with Enterprise, large corporate sales environments is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and*w presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage both external and internal customer relationships.
A customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to interpret customer needs and collaborate with other teams to provide world‑class service.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently, but also comfortable working as part of a team to drive customer success.
Proven track record of managing customer accounts, renewals, and growing client relationships.
