Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Huntley Ridge Townhomes in Clarksville, Indiana. We are offering up to $30/hrs plus $1,000 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Great compensation and benefits:

$27.00 to $30.00 per hour

Quarterly Supervisor bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 Per Year

On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call

$50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority

Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants

Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications

Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review

Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance programExterior structural maintenance as needed

Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

5+ years’ experience in maintenance

2+ years in multi-family housing preferred

Experience managing/supervising 2+ employees

Experience managing maintenance in up to 200 units

Dry walling including painting and carpentry

Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe

Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening
