What You’ll Do

Build and maintain a portfolio of employer and property contacts

Meet with businesses to teach them about programs, benefits, hybrid work best practices, and resources.

Attend on‑site events, benefits fairs, tenant gatherings, and community activities to share information and engage with employees and residents.

Create clear, accessible written content‑including short reports, email outreach, and blog‑style educational pieces.

Collaborate with a supportive team to develop outreach campaigns, marketing materials, and client communications.

Track outreach activity and maintain accurate information in a CRM system.

Stay current on regional updates, training opportunities, and mobility‑related best practices.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience in a professional setting involving outreach, education, customer engagement, account coordination, community work, or similar responsibilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfort meeting new people, presenting, and engaging at events.

Ability to manage a territory, organize your schedule, and juggle multiple stakeholders.

Interest in topics like transportation options, mobility programs, hybrid work, or commuter benefits (training provided).

Experience using a CRM or the willingness to learn.
