Return carts to the store, perform general clean‑up duties, and help customers as needed.
Maintain a clean environment in the front elevation and throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash.
Collect carts from the parking lot, remove trash from carts, and perform cart relocation and power‑washing for department setup.
Communicate supply needs to the front‑end manager and perform red basket fill‑up/retrieval.
Assist customers in locating merchandise and perform duties with a total store mindset.
Qualifications
Ability to work hard outside and in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work in extreme temperatures, lift up to 20 lb, and stand, walk, bend, kneel, pull, push, reach, and squat for 5.5+ hours per 8‑hour day.
Strong commitment to people, business understanding, and passion for results.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching, and squatting.
Exposure to extreme hot or cold outside temperatures.
Ability to lift up to 20 lb; safe lifting limits must be respected.
