STAFFING SERVICES Contingent Staffing Temp to Hire On-site Contract Staffing Direct Hire
Direct Hire Opportunity: Executes complex assignments requiring the use of advanced techniques, resulting in the development of new or improved processes, equipment and/or technological methods. May develop and evaluate plans for major projects. May assess feasibility or soundness of proposed applications when data is insufficient or testing is advisable. May coordinate departmental or divisional project studies, reports or project design assignments. Progressive design and project management responsibilities. Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members. Regularly meets and corresponds with clients or outside personnel. Some marketing responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.

Travel: Yes, 20 % of the Time
Responsibilities
Perform design, analysis, and validation of electrical systems for transmission and distribution projects.
Lead complex assignments, develop or improve processes, equipment, or methods; contribute to major project plans.
Coordinate departmental or divisional studies, reports, and project designs; manage project design assignments.
Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff; communicate with clients and outside personnel.
Engage in occasional marketing responsibilities and collaboration with clients to understand requirements.
Travel as required to support project needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited program.
Minimum 7 years related experience (Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to apply intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad assignments; capable of devising new approaches to problems.
Previous consulting experience preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
