As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting client accounts. Attention to detail is critical, and we’re looking for someone who can anticipate needs, stay ahead of the game, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Candidate MUST reside in South Florida. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be able to meet on occasion in person. (Infrequently) Those not located in Florida will not be considered.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
1‑3 years of experience in advertising, agency work, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and especially MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
Must be located in South Florida (fully remote role with occasional in‑person training, company events, and client meetings).
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Account Coordinator, you will support the team and directly contribute to the success of client campaigns by managing key details and ensuring seamless execution.
Client Account Management – work with the team to manage client communications, deliverables, and account service. Proactively keep clients informed and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Team Collaboration – partner with internal teams to meet client objectives and help drive results. Take on additional responsibilities as needed and be ready to contribute where necessary.
Project Management – monitor estimates and timelines to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Client Communications – draft and manage documents such as meeting agendas, proposals, reports, and other important client communications.
