We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Professional for an entry‑level, career‑launching opportunity. Hera Lighting will provide such an opportunity to grow in a highly successful organization. You will help manage accounts in retail, display manufacturing, architecture, and design by supporting one of our outside sales managers. This role is an on‑site position in our corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA.
Work alongside a professional team with the goal of doubling our annual sales over the next 5–10 years.
Ideal Candidate must have:
The desire to provide excellent customer service
The motivation to build a highly successful sales team with your outside sales manager
Attention to detail in order to properly enter customer orders into our ERP system
Bachelor's degree in Business or a job‑related field
Solid analytical skills to measure customer performance
The drive to grow in a successful company
