Corporate Events Specialist ATP Pickleball is building one of the largest and most dynamic pickleball facilities in the Southeast, featuring 30 courts (18 indoor / 12 outdoor) and a rapidly growing corporate and member community. We’re seeking a Corporate Events Specialist to lead the planning and execution of corporate events, team‑building experiences, and group bookings from inquiry to close.

What You’ll Do

Own and execute corporate events, team‑building outings, private bookings, and group functions

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients from initial inquiry through post‑event follow‑up

Manage event logistics including timelines, space planning, staffing coordination, and on‑site execution

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, coaching staff, front desk) to ensure seamless delivery

Support corporate sales efforts, including proposals, pricing, contracts, and upsells

Ensure all events align with the ATP brand: professional, welcoming, and high‑energy

Track event performance, client feedback, and repeat business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience in corporate events, hospitality, venue management, or client‑facing roles

Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills

Comfortable working directly with corporate clients and decision‑makers

Able to manage multiple events and deadlines with attention to detail

Confident, calm, and professional in live‑event environments

Comfortable with basic tech tools (email, scheduling, CRM or booking platforms a plus)

Interest in sports, wellness, or pickleball is a strong plus

Compensation $36,000 base salary + $14,000 draw = $50k starting salary. Commission on booked events and corporate clients with performance‑based upside tied directly to results. Opportunity to grow with a fast‑scaling organization.
