No-Touch Freight: 95% of your loads will be no-touch with dry van trailers. Regional Routes: Drive within the Western 11 states. Weekly Mileage: Expect between 1,900 to 2,100 miles. Pay Structure: Competitive mileage pay plus hourly pay for on-duty hours. Performance Incentives: Earn up to $0.08 per mile based on your performance. Orientation Compensation: Get paid for your orientation time. Paid Time Off: Accrue PTO after 6 months, including 6 holidays per year. Annual Bonus: Potential to earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay. Qualifications
CDL Requirement: Valid Class A license and at least 21 years old. Driving Record: Must maintain a clean driving record; no recent DUIs or serious violations. Health Requirements: Pass a DOT physical and drug tests. Additional Benefits
