(Houston, TX): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Sales Manager – Aftermarket Steam Turbines.
Essential Duties:
Drive aftermarket growth by selling parts, upgrades, services, and repairs, creating strategies to grow market share and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including plant managers, engineers, and buyers.
Utilize technical knowledge of steam turbines and rotating equipment to provide value-driven solutions to customer needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, field service, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions and resolve technical issues.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
Requirements / Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience in steam turbines or rotating equipment, with 15–20 years total in customer-facing roles preferred.
Proven ability to sell technical products in energy, power generation, or industrial markets.
Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment and turbine lifecycle services.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to clearly explain technical benefits to customers.
Experience in power generation or industrial settings preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S.
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel extensively across the U.S. to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during travel, trade shows, and customer visits.
Ability to carry presentation materials and light equipment as needed.
