Job Description Title: D365 F&O Functional consultant

Duration: 6+ Months

Must be in Jacksonville (minimum 4 days, full 5 days per week in the office) can travel or relocate but that’s on consultants dime — will be working with the business team in office 6‑7 hours per day

Provides support and training to software systems. Functions as liaison between information systems group and other departments. Assists in testing of systems updates, enhancements and interfaces. Provide PC support to other departments.

As a Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of projects or part of a product team. This can cover many technologies with future efforts focused on Microsoft Azure / D365. The Analyst should be a creative and self‑driven individual with excellent communication, organization, and technical skills to support the implementation of efforts and the continuous improvement of the processes that support our Vehicle Processing, Parts Distribution and Transportation functions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders, analysing and understanding user stories, business processes, non‑functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design and system implementations. (Must have)

Perform requirements gathering / clarifications with technical team, leveraging agile techniques.

Work with implementation partners to ensure a smooth project/product team go niður. (Must have)

Work with internal staff to implement functions and features for SET Supply areas as needed including but not limited to workflows, data imports and exports, automation, and optimisation opportunities.

Develop a thorough understanding of business needs and priorities by.ease establishing strong relationships with business owners. (Must have)

Coordinate with the technical team and business stakeholders.

Be accountable for properly following all IT standards, processes and methodologies as applicable including but not limited to QA, അയటి PMLC and SDLC. (Must have)

Function as subject‑matter expert for application design, feature optimisation, ata scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.

Design and develop BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. (Must have)

Responsible for managing data sets, ensuring they are clean, accurate and ready for analysis. (Must have)

Work closely with stakeholders—including business analysts, project managers and data scientists—to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet them. (Musttocol)

Ensure accuracy and reliability of the data presented in dashboards and reports. (Must have)

Technical Skills

5+ years as Business Analyst on projects or product teams with agile focus.

3+ years with supply chain and/or logistics skills.

Experience with end‑to‑end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover and Macronor.

Experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.

Experience in functional design, configuration and process alignment with a detailed understanding of systems and solutions.

Proven ability to provide business analysis and/or system development/configuration deliverables related to process improvement.

Experience with software and systems development life cycle.

Can do both Business Analysis and Data Analysis as needed on projects and product teams.

Can research on platforms religion navigating systems/solutions and querying data from both relational and no‑SQL databases.

Experience producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and working knowledge of QA resources in creating test cases.

Can produce SOP documents and act as a change agent for those SOPs to be adopted by business and IT users.

Can handels both mainframe and distributed systems with ease and minimal training.

Can lead triage of issue resolution on secondary and primary bridge and communicate effectively with business and IT teams.

Strong Citizen IT skills with Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI interest can).

Good at multitasking and prioritising.

Working knowledge of vehicle processing and parts distribution warehousing experience.

Other Qualifications

BS/BA/MBA degree.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.

Fast learner/self‑starter with entrepreneurial work ethic.

Effective listening, communication and strong analysis skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to العب priorities.

Must be able to work on‑site at Vehicle Processing Centers in Jacksonville, FL multiple days a week.

Willing to participate in on‑call rotation and perform validation of applications.
