Data Entry & Payment Processing Specialist

San Antonio (Onsite 5 days a week)
Overview
The Data Entry & Payment Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting financial information from multiple sources into internal systems while maintaining high standards for volume, accuracy, and completeness. This role supports lines of business by processing incoming payments across various payment rails. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in timesensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities
Payment & Transaction Processing
Process incoming payments across all payment rails for insurance products. Perform check scanning and check processing activities with precision and speed. Complete Day 2 Balancing, ensuring all transactions reconcile accurately. Data Entry & System Updates
Enter financial data, volume counts, and SLO (Service Level Objective) metrics into internal databases. Maintain accuracy and adherence to production/output standards. Quality Control & Compliance
Review Key Controls to ensure compliance with financial processing guidelines. Monitor for discrepancies, errors, or missing information and resolve promptly. Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer and financial data. Required Skills & Experience

Experience with payment processing, banking operations, or money movement workflows. Familiarity with highvolume financial operations.
