Luxury Property Manager - Relocation to Italy!

We are seeking an exceptional individual with experience in private house management for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to relocate to Italy. My client is looking for someone who can ensure that operational standards are met, provide guests with an exceptional experience, and help preserve and enhance property value through refurbishment and restyling. This could involve supporting a UHNWI with an impressive property portfolio or working for a boutique property management company.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repairs:
Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs, conduct regular property inspections, handle emergencies, and negotiate vendor contracts.
Records & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, leases, complaints, and maintenance. Prepare monthly financial reports for property owners.
Supplier Coordination:
Manage relationships and schedules with maintenance suppliers (electricians, plumbers, technicians, pest control, etc.) and ensure all household systems and equipment (internet, alarms, A/V, Sonos, gates, etc.) function properly.
Teamwork & Communication:
Share information appropriately, give clear instructions, follow up on tasks, and adapt communication style as needed.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Administration team and attend weekly meetings.
Owner Relations:
Communicate professionally and promptly with house owners via phone and email, representing the brand with integrity and professionalism.
Skills and Competencies Required > At least
5 years’ experience in house management
within a dynamic environment
Minimum 3 years of team management experience
Fluent in English and Italian (C1 level)
Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Confident in accounting and administration
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Team player with a proactive approach
IT savvy
EU passport
