Associate Tag Management Specialist
to join their Ad Operations / Tag Management team. This role focuses on implementing, validating, and troubleshooting ad tracking setups to ensure accurate and trustworthy tracking data. What You Will Do
Implement and configure ad tracking tags and pixels across multiple advertising platforms Validate correct firing, logic, and conditions of tracking implementations before and after launch Test and troubleshoot pixels, events, and tags to ensure tracking accuracy and reliability Identify, diagnose, and resolve discrepancies between expected tracking behavior and ad server reporting Support client kickoff calls as the technical tracking point of contact Document implementations, issues, and resolutions clearly for internal and client-facing stakeholders Ensure high-quality delivery of tracking implementations within defined timelines Requirements
Experience:
~1–2 years in Tag Management, Ad Operations, or Tracking Implementation roles
Tracking QA:
Proven experience testing, validating, and troubleshooting ad tracking implementations
English:
Upper-Intermediate to Advanced; able to clearly explain tracking issues and implementations to US-based stakeholders
Mindset:
Detail-oriented, analytical, ownership-driven, and delivery-focused
Tag & Ad Platforms:
Hands-on experience implementing and validating tracking using platforms such as: • Google Campaign Manager (CM360 / DCM) • Google Ad Manager (GAM) • DSPs such as TradeDesk, Xandr, or similar
Nice to Have
Agency or consultancy experience in ad operations or tracking Experience supporting or leading tracking kickoff calls Familiarity with ad server reporting and discrepancy analysis Exposure to multiple DSPs or ad servers beyond the Google stack Why Join Us?
