Digital Marketing Specialist

Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including the company’s website, social media, email, and content marketing Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, magazines, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets Create and recommend social media postings to boost engagement in different areas Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize digital marketing efforts Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously improve and innovate Initiate photography and videography in all company events, and as needed from time to time, to support marketing efforts and strategies Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Multimedia, Advertising, Graphic/Web Design, or related field 2–3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing, content marketing, graphic designing, media planning, ads implementation, campaign execution, and analysis on digital channels Strong oral and written communication skills Must be socially active on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Proficiency in graphics and AI tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Creative Suite, or Canva for designing compelling ad creatives Has at least beginner skills in photography and videography Attention to detail, high energy, and proactive nature, with exceptional time management skills
