Sales and Marketing Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Assistant will act as point person for the brokers and sales team.

Responsible to provide assistance during and after sales.

Provides assistance in Broker's Accreditation thru site orientation and promos

Prepares sales form and other relevant documents needed to fill out by the clients

Assists brokers in project presentation and closing a sale

Coordinates with Marketing department regarding viewing schedule and request viewing vehicle if needed

Must be willing to do Sunday duty (Saturday off)

MUST HAVE

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Have background in customer service, sales and marketing, in house coordinator position

Proficient in Microsoft Office application.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in a Real Estate /Property development will be an advantage

Position is for permanent/full time position and must be available to start immediately
