In addition to building out the launch systems that will bring this mission to reality, they've also built a robust SaaS platform used by internal teams and a growing list of external customers that helps run smart engineering, prototyping, and build practices. This product is used by designers, engineers, assemblers, and specialist makers so they can deliver great hardware for their customers.
They’re currently in need of an established
UX Product Designer
with B2B SaaS and startup experience and Figma expertise, who thrives in complexity and can hit the ground running in a high-growth, fast paced environment. This role is about evolving and refining complex application features so we need someone who can deliver quickly, think systematically, and collaborate seamlessly. An extensive background collaborating with Software Engineers and Product Managers is essential. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside/learn from a very accomplished Design team.
Hybrid Work This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days a week onsite plus one week onsite every other month).
Responsibilities • evolve and refine complex application features rapidly,
• think systematically and collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams,
• deliver high quality design solutions (with Figma and related tools).
Ideal Candidate
3-6 years UX Product Designer experience
Experience designing for web‑based B2B software products
Startup experience
Ownership and innovation with UX design and implementation
Intuition for customer‑centered design
Experience with manufacturing or industrial software
Understanding of frontend technology
Solid User Research experience
