Qualifications

1+ years marketing copywriting experience

5+ years working in digital marketing space

Relentlessly curious and unwilling to settle for surface level understanding (we can’t provide clarity we don’t ourselves possess).

Highly proactive—you don’t wait for a brief to be assembled for you, and don’t expect things to be tidy. You find answers and aim to make things clearer/better than they’ve ever been.

Self‑starter, comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Extreme flexibility—while you’re a planner and able to prepare for what’s ahead with ease, you’ve worked in fast‑paced environments and embrace change as new opportunities emerge without getting discouraged.

You’re always ready for a changing landscape and teams can count on you to be the one to know what’s changed and how we’re solving for it.

Impeccable briefing skills, strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proven track record of distilling details and processes into simple, digestible language.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and emerging digital tools, including experience with Shopify 2.0 and Klaviyo or similar platforms.
