It provides a continuum of care, allowing residents to transition seamlessly from independent living to assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing as their needs change.
We are recruiting for a Hospitality-focused Sales and Marketing Manager for Assisted Living / Memory Care. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday with weekend on‑call coverage as needed.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed budgeted sales expectations.
Respond to new inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage all prospect inquiries and maintain timely follow‑through within designated time frames.
Utilize Salesforce effectively by promptly inputting data and managing the assigned lead base.
Understand and represent the community accurately for outside sales and referral management.
Execute and manage referral source and internal prospect events.
Qualifications
Outside sales knowledge and experience.
