Overview The main function of a marketing analyst/coordinator is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing analyst/coordinator gathers information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.

Responsibilities Manage ATS (available‑to‑sell) and aging inventory process by working with sales and SCM teams, reporting status to leadership. Support development of sales and SCM strategies while balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction, including troubleshooting stranded inventories and allocation strategies. Perform administrative tasks such as executing vendor contracts, approval submissions, and scheduling meetings/events. Manage inventory of assets/samples for new product launches and assortments. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Evaluate financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations, ROI and profit‑loss projections. Research and analyze competitor activities to understand business and market share impact. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including integrated marketing and PR, to support marketing activities, development of creatives/assets, and promotional policies.

Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. Knowledge of media production and handling of creative marketing assets.

Education Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations or Engineering required. 3~5 years related experience required.
