What You’ll Do:
Analyze program and communication results to uncover trends and opportunities specific to Louisville’s market
Ensure program performance aligns with corporate billing terms—accuracy matters!
Track and report on key metrics to keep leadership informed and ahead of the curve
Identify gaps and inconsistencies, driving process improvements that elevate execution
Collaborate with corporate and local teams to deliver actionable insights
Build dashboards and reports that make data easy to understand and act on
Jump into ad hoc projects that support big-picture business goals
Maintain clean, accurate customer and lead data in our CRM for forecasting and tracking
What We’re Looking For:
A sharp analytical mind with a knack for problem‑solving
Comfort working with large datasets and spotting meaningful patterns
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
Strong communicator who can make complex insights simple for any audience
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and reporting software
Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience
