We are looking for a
Point of Sales Marketing Team Leader !
Responsibilities
Pro-actively train all new hires onsite to assist the department.
Provide bi-weekly email communication to Area Manager to convey feedback to the business partner.
Track and provide commentary on all new Honors Members and/or Players Club signups at the location.
Supervise all Trip Advisor comments to contribute feedback.
Act as a liaison directly with Hilton Resort and HGV.
Ensure monthly location targets are met and/or exceeded.
Assist in helping close a package transaction for a team member.
Provide information and incentives for guests in resort according to local policies.
Pro-actively pursue all eligible guests on-site to preview HGV through direct purchase of mini-vacation packages.
Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for package offers by specific location.
Complete required paperwork accurately and completely for each package sale.
Provide location-related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific resort information.
Notify manager of any shortages in collateral.
Review production reports and inform manager of challenges.
Assist management with training of new hires on location.
Give only one welcome gift per family.
Outstanding verbal communication skills.
Dedication to provide best-in-class customer service.
Confidence in building value and setting/achieving sales goals.
Strong problem solving and savvy influence skills.

Required Qualifications
1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
1+ year of retail or direct selling experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High School/GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year In-House Marketing experience in Vacation Ownership Industry
BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
