The Role We’re expanding our North America footprint and are hiring a Sales Executive focused on the agency market—creative, digital, media, production, content studios, and full‑service agencies of all sizes. You’ll be the second US‑based Sales Executive, with unlimited potential to grow the agency client portfolio.
This is a full‑cycle sales role. You’ll prospect into targeted accounts, convert inbound interest, lead discovery, partner closely with our sales engineers to demonstrate the power of the product, and close new business. You won’t be alone—but you will have ownership.
We’re especially interested in candidates who:
Are AEs who have sold SaaS into agencies or marketing/creative operations teams
Have 5–10 years of agency experience (including experience pitching) and want to move into sales
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, discovery, demos (with significant SE support), proposals, negotiation, and close
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver tailored, high‑impact product demos—our US‑based Sales Engineer has deep agency experience and has been with Screendragon for many years. His expertise on how our product uses AI to directly address some of the most critical business challenges agencies face (automation, resource intelligence, forecasting, smart workflows, content supply chain) will be invaluable as you work together to close deals
Explain Screendragon’s approach to AI in a practical and valuable way to an audience that can be ambivalent about the use of AI in their industry, but need to harness its power to stay competitive
Build and manage a healthy pipeline across all agency types in North America— with the most productive initial focus likely to be independent and medium‑sized agencies
Own a quota tied to new business growth within the agency market
Run thoughtful discovery that uncovers workflow, resource, and operational challenges within agencies
Create strong business cases aligned to agency priorities: utilization, velocity, cycle time, capacity, profitability
Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot
Be a positive, collaborative presence across the commercial team
While the majority of our sales is handled remotely (including online demos), the role will involve travel to prospect sites, workshops, and industry events across North America
What We’re Looking For
Agency expertise: SaaS AE experience selling into agencies and/or 5–10 years experience working inside agencies (with experience pitching)
Experience managing a full sales cycle and generating pipeline
A curiosity about AI and how it’s reshaping agency operations
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills—many agencies are not yet fully implementing the business efficiencies of AI, and won’t automatically anticipate all of the ways that Screendragon can make their lives easier; you need to be expert at helping them identify the pain points that we are uniquely positioned to address
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
A self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, challenger brand environment
Team‑oriented mindset—confident and driven, but ego‑light
Help grow one of the top agency management platforms in the world
Sell a product agencies genuinely love—and see the transformation it brings
