What You’ll Do
Sell & Close Deals – Personally drive new business, focusing on multi‑location, multimarket portfolio accounts.
Develop Winning Sales Strategies – Work with leadership to refine Whitebox’s prospecting, outreach, and deal‑closing playbook.
Engage with Founders & C‑Suite Executives – Understand the strategic real estate needs of businesses with 20+ employees.
Drive Market Expansion – Help grow Whitebox’s presence in DFW and beyond, landing major accounts.
What You Need to Succeed
2+ years of high‑performance B2B sales experience (Commercial Real Estate, SaaS, Finance, or other complex sales industries preferred).
Experience selling to C‑suite executives.
Strong negotiation & financial acumen—you understand numbers, leases, and deal structures.
Excellent writing & communication skills—can craft persuasive messaging with clarity.
Extreme accountability & discipline—you don’t just meet quotas, you set the standard.
