The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of experience of A/R and collections
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Shift Pattern : Monday to Friday, this is NOT a remote role.
The hourly rate is : $28.30 to $31.28.

What will I be doing?
As a Credit and Collections Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in all activities related to credit approval processes and collection of overdue accounts. You will collect past‑due accounts through phone calls and correspondence, maintain files and detailed call reports for collection activity, ensure credit applications are recorded and processed, assist departments in resolving billing procedures, and ensure credit policies and procedures are known and understood. You will also attend weekly staff meetings to review schedules, group arrivals, new hotel policies, and discuss any problems or suggestions.
