Target Analyst Reporter (TAR)
Location: Fort Meade, MD (and surrounding area)
Base Pay Range: $75,000 – $160,000 per year. Agreed salary is based on skills and experience.
Employment Type: Full-time, Salaried, Exempt. Required Travel: 0–10%.
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Job Description The Warfare Systems group at HII-Mission Technologies delivers full‑Spectrum cyber, electronic warfare, and space capabilities to meet today’s multi‑domain security challenges. We are seeking a Target Analyst Reporter to support critical national security missions as part of our Cyber & Intelligence team.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Produce clear, actionable intelligence products by researching, analyzing and reporting information in support of Intelligence Community requirements across SIGINT, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
Share target insights, provide customer feedback and deliver products that highlight key developments, trends, warnings and situational awareness, including recommended countermeasures when appropriate.
Evaluate and prioritize data from passive and active collection, network analysis and collateral sources (IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open‑source, etc.) to support government decision‑makers.
Contribute to the development of databases and reference tools that expand target knowledge and strengthen collection efforts for customers and IC partners.
Conduct quality control reviews prior to product release.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Six years of relevant experience in national security missions, including analytic reporting, investigative analysis, threat analysis, risk analysis, intelligence or traffic analysis.
Higher level education may reduce the required years of experience.
Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph clearance for consideration.
