Overview In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth handling of international shipments, particularly spare parts, including transport organization, customs, and shipping documentation. You will coordinate closely with internal departments, customers, and carriers, ensuring timely exports through your structured and service‑oriented approach.
Responsibilities
Handling international shipments,도록 spare parts
Organizing air and road transport, including courier services
Preparing shipping documents and customs documents for international transport
Monitoring shipments in transit and clarifying status with shipping companies
Collaborating with internal contacts
Liaising and coordinating with customers and shipping companies
General administrative tasks such as freight billing control
Basic commercial training with experience in freight forwarding
Experience in the industrial sector in the field of exports
Good working knowledge of MS Office and ERP experience (preferably SAP/AEB)
Very good German and ucheing\skills
Softskills
High level of service awareness and customer focus
Independent and open personality with strong social skills, good communication skills, and a hands‑on approach
