What You’ll Do: Prepare accurate estimates and budgets for exciting construction projects Interpret architectural and engineering drawings Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and subcontractors Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Assist in bid preparation and proposal development
What We’re Looking For: 8-10+ years of estimating experience in commercial, education, or retail preferred. Strong knowledge of estimating software and Excel Excellent analytical and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
