Join the team at BMW Of Murray as a Sales Business Development Center representative, where you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and generating new sales opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to connecting with potential clients and providing exceptional service to support the overall sales process.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and follow up with potential customers.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns as needed to boost sales leads.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.

Able to work a varied shift, some during the day, some during the evening and Saturday

Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls strongly recommended

Must have a valid driver's license, and good driving record
