Tasks We are seeking a B2B Software Sales Professional to assist in our expansion in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and driven sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software and a passion for transforming business mobility.
Execute sales strategies for our enterprise mobility solutions in the DACH region
Arrange and execute meetings and presentations for potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at medium to large enterprises
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for potential clients
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate and close complex enterprise software contracts
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills
Minimum 3‑5 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in enterprise mobility or cybersecurity
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscape and digital transformation trends
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, mobile technology, cybersecurity or enterprise software sales
Knowledge of enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions
Strong network in the DACH government and business ecosystem
Location:
Germany (Hybrid/Remote with extensive travel within DACH region)
