What Youll Do Create daily IPhone short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and other emerging platforms Work closely with the 3 owners - coming up with "founder-led" content ideas or executing theirs, coordinating content shoot days with their schedules, prepping product and gathering any props needed, cleaning up, editing and delivering assets Be on camera regularly. Capturing try-ons, styling videos, behind-the-scenes moments, launches, and storytelling content Stay on top of TikTok + IG trends and quickly adapt them into Ivy-forward concepts Develop original ideas that highlight new collections, brand values, and community moments Assist with content planning, shoot days, and campaign concepts Capture behind-the-scenes content during events, shoots, and product launches, brand events, and office culture Test new formats, hooks, editing styles, and creative directions Work cross-functionally with brand, social, and creative teams to maintain a cohesive aesthetic Analyze whats performing and make data-informed content recommendations Bring big energy, ideas, and personality to the Ivy's social presence Who You Are FULLY obsessed with TikTok, Reels, and all things short-form video A "Yes!!
