Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone with some experience who enjoys organization, digital content, experiential marketing activations, and wellness-focused events.
This is an execution-focused support role, not a strategy or leadership position, with opportunities to grow over time. Youll help keep marketing efforts running smoothly across social media, email, events, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with content research, caption writing, hashtag research, and light copy edits
- Support email newsletters, socials, and event communications
- Assist with event marketing prep, RSVPs, and follow-ups
- Support on-site events as needed
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of marketing, social media, or event support experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort using AI tools to support writing, research, organization, and design.
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Drive, and email tools
- Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or experiential marketing
