Role Description
As a full‑time Labor Relations Director based in Irvine, CA, you will oversee labor relations strategies, manage collective bargaining agreements, and foster positive relationships with labor unions. Your responsibilities include negotiating labor contracts, resolving disputes, advising leadership on labor strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing new policies to enhance employee relations. This is an on‑site role requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to support the organization’s strategic and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in labor relations, collective bargaining, labor negotiations, and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance regulations, and relevant workplace policies.
