CCP ENT is a multi-six-figure coaching and consulting company led by Cheryl C. Perez — a dynamic business strategist, speaker, and mentor helping entrepreneurs turn expertise into freedom through structure, systems, and strategy.

CPTV, Cheryl's YouTube channel with over 34,000 subscribers, is the media hub for that mission. Each week, CPTV reaches thousands of startup and growth-stage entrepreneurs ready to build profitable consulting businesses. This channel is more than content — it's a movement that fuels the CCP ecosystem of coaching programs, digital products, and live events.

Position Overview

The YouTube Growth Strategist & Producer is the creative and data-driven powerhouse behind CPTV, driving channel growth, engagement, and conversions through impactful, story-driven content that empowers entrepreneurs.

This isn't just an editing gig — it's a growth role. You'll collaborate directly with CP to plan, edit, and optimize videos that entertain, educate, and convert. You'll be responsible for optimizing videos for growth, repurposing content into Shorts, tracking performance, and ensuring every video drives subscribers and leads into our funnel.

From SEO to storytelling to analytics, you'll manage the entire content pipeline to keep CPTV growing and generating leads for CCP ENT's programs and products.

This role is perfect for someone who loves YouTube, knows what's working right now on the platform, and can combine technical editing with growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Repurposing

· Edit one long-form YouTube video weekly (10–15 minutes).

· Cut 3–5 YouTube Shorts from each long-form video with engaging hooks, captions, and CTA overlays.

· Repurpose content into platform-specific formats (YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, FB, LinkedIn).

 

Optimization for Growth

· Create compelling thumbnails and test variations to improve CTR.

· Add info cards, end screens, and pinned comments to maximize watch time and conversions.

· Optimize video descriptions, tags, and metadata (aligning with SEO provided by CP).

· Build and maintain strategic playlists to encourage binge-watching.

 

Analytics & Reporting

· Track channel KPIs (CTR, retention, impressions, subscribers, traffic sources).

· Provide monthly reports with growth insights and recommendations.

· Set up and monitor UTM tracking for lead magnet links from YouTube.

 

Strategy & Growth

· Stay current with YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

· Collaborate with CP on content planning and suggest topics/styles that perform in the consulting/business niche.

· Proactively test new strategies (titles, thumbnails, Shorts cadence, A/B testing).

· Ensure video content ties directly into lead magnets and the CCP Product Ecosystem funnels.

· Collaborate with CPl and the OBM using , Dropbox, and Slack for project management and communication.

· Maintain brand consistency across all videos, ensuring tone, voice, and visuals match the CCP ENT standard.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

· –5 years of YouTube management or growth strategy experience (preferably in coaching, consulting, or personal brand sectors).

· Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

· Proven experience growing a YouTube channel (portfolio or case studies required).

· Deep understanding of YouTube SEO, CTR optimization, algorithm analytics and growth strategies.

· Ability to work independently with deadlines in a batch-recording workflow.

· Experience developing content calendars and tracking KPIs such as CTR, retention, and conversion rates.

· Ability to repurpose long-form content into short-form video clips and reels.

· Strong communication and time management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Portfolio or sample YouTube projects demonstrating measurable channel growth and engagement.

· Bonus: Experience with Kartra, Metricool, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

· Storytelling, scripting, and creative direction experience.

· Strong eye for branding, visual design, and pacing.

· Experience collaborating within remote, cross-functional teams.

· Basic design ability using Canva or Adobe Suite for thumbnails and titles.

· Not just a "cutter" — you think like a channel manager.

· Obsessed with YouTube growth and what's trending.

· Comfortable with data, testing, and iteration.

· Excited to be a long-term partner in scaling CP's YouTube and business.

·     Familiarity with business, entrepreneurship, or educational content spaces.

Work Environment & Structure

This is a remote, part-time contractor position requiring regular check-ins via Slack, Zoom, and with Cheryl and the OBM. Some flexibility is required around content review and publishing schedules.

Compensation & Growth Path

Compensation is based on experience and results,, with performance bonuses included.  This role may evolve into a full-time Creative Director of Media & Brand position by 2027, overseeing sponsorship integrations, media partnerships, and full content production strategy across platforms as CCP ENT continues to scale.
