Position Overview:

As a Video Editor at Thesalonhype, you will be responsible for creating and editing video content for our clients. You will work closely with our production team to bring their ideas to life and deliver high-quality videos that meet our clients' needs and expectations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and client expectations

- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that align with the client's vision and brand

- Use video editing software and tools to add special effects, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall quality of the video

- Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet the required specifications and standards

- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve the quality of our videos

- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional videos for social media and other platforms

- Manage and organize video files and maintain an organized and efficient workflow

- Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure their needs and feedback are incorporated into the final product

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in film, media studies, or a related field

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs

- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to take direction and work independently when needed
